4. Delivery conditions / Shipping
Deliveries are possible to delivery addresses within Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping within Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium or the Netherlands is free from €50 and to Poland from 209 zł.
The shipping costs for delivery to a Swiss address or to Liechtenstein are only 6 CHF for orders over 59 CHF.
The order will be delivered exclusively by post.
If the item is reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we reserve the right to subsequently charge a flat shipping fee of €2.90 / CHF6.00. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all information before completing the order process.

9. Statutory right of withdrawal

We are not liable for the loss, destruction, depreciation of value or damage to incorrectly sent returns that are not our products, regardless of the legal basis.
10. Contractual right of return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers and users pursuant to Clause 9 above, we grant you a contractual right of return. This right of return applies to all items purchased through the Excellent GmbH online shop. This applies to all products unless otherwise stated. For products purchased through marketplaces other than the Excellent online shop www.excellent-instrumente.de , the respective contractual terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.
The products can be tried on, but should be returned to us in new condition (e.g., not worn for an extended period). For returns, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany, €6.90 from Austria, €5.90 from France, Italy, Belgium, or the Netherlands, 29 zł from Poland, or CHF6 from Switzerland or Liechtenstein, which will be deducted from your refund.

Our extended return period is 100 days and begins with the Order date . Please note that we will not process returns received after 100 days from the order date. A refund is not possible in this case.
Returns sent to our office or warehouse address at your own expense after 100 days will not be considered. No refunds will be issued.
10.1 Return of complete order
For orders with a total order value of over €150.00 that were placed more than 30 days ago and are returned in full, we, Excellent GmbH, reserve the right to issue a voucher for the full purchase price instead of a refund. This voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue, until the end of the calendar year. Exceptions are possible.
If an order with a value of more than €39.00 is returned to us in full after the expiration of the statutory cancellation period, we, Excellent GmbH, reserve the right to charge a flat shipping fee of €2.90. The amount of the respective order will be refunded to the specified payment method, less the flat rate, within 14 business days.
10.2 Assertion in the case of donation
If a second owner wishes to return the item within our 100-day return period from the date of purchase, the original owner's or buyer's complete information (name, address, email address, and order number) must be provided and entered here. In this case, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
If a return is made to the seller without providing the information of the original owner or buyer, the return cannot be processed. The item will be donated. A refund to the applicant is not possible.

11. Undeliverable delivery
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which will then automatically become a refund obligation. As a consequence, we will promptly, and no later than 14 days after withdrawal, refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by us).

11.1 Discounts & discount codes usability
Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining different discount codes is not possible. Bundles and discount codes cannot be combined.
If a discount code is applied to an already reduced offer price (larger packaging unit/bundle), the discount will be deducted from the individual price. Cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or refund of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to the customer are not subject to resale, and assignment is not permitted. The discount codes are valid exclusively for the Excellent online shop (https://excellent-instrumente.de).
Validity:
The discount codes are only valid for a limited period. They expire after the date stated on the code. Extension is not possible.
Minimum order value:
A minimum order value is always stated in the detailed information for each discount code. If the minimum order value is subsequently exceeded due to the return of the corresponding item, Excellent reserves the right to charge the difference between the order with the discount code and the order without the discount code. Discount codes issued when subscribing to the newsletter are valid for a minimum order value of €19.99.
Returning items:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return the goods for other reasons, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or to a new discount code.
Billing for multiple items:
If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items (shopping cart discount), Excellent reserves the right to divide the discounted amount between one or more items.
Non-fulfillment of an order or delivery:
In case of non-fulfillment of the order or individual items to which the discount code referred, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or to a new discount code.
Discount codes via third-party providers:
The redemption of discount codes, vouchers, or other bonus systems from third-party providers, such as Miles&More, PayPal, PayBack, Otto.de, or Amazon, is not valid. We are not responsible for the timeliness of offers or discount codes on third-party websites.
12. Liability
The above restrictions and shortening of time limits do not apply to
